One dark night, Francis gazed at the star-studded sky.  In their radiance, he glimpsed the mark of the Creator—il vestigio di Dio.   

He was transformed.  Drawn into an eternal canvas, he became fully grounded.  Hence, all creatures would reveal a sacred, cosmic beauty; each breath, the Spirit of Life and Love.
